  • Data voluntarily provided by the User: First name, surname, email address, telephone number, area of the request (Motorcycle, MTB or Other), make and model, type of request, message content or other identifying data voluntarily provided through contact forms, email communications or telephone contacts.

Processing methods: The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organisational procedures and methods strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other parties involved in the organisation or technical management of the website may have access to the Data (third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT or tax consultants), who may also be appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller where necessary.

Legal basis for processing: The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User where one of the following conditions applies:

A. Contacting the User and Requests for Information

By completing the contact forms or sending communications to the email addresses or telephone numbers indicated on the website, the User consents to the use of their data to respond to requests for information, quotations or technical assistance.

Personal Data processed: First name, surname, email address, telephone number, area of the request (Motorcycle, MTB or Other), make and model, type of request and content of the message sent.

B. Interactive Maps and Geographical Maps (Leaflet)

This website uses the open-source Leaflet library to integrate interactive geographical maps.

The integration does not directly collect the User's personal data. However, loading map tiles involves the technical transmission of the User's IP address to the servers of the map provider (e.g. OpenStreetMap) solely for the visual delivery of the map.

C. Cookie and Tag Management (CookieYes and Google Tag Manager)

CookieYes (Consent Management Platform): A tool used to manage users' informed consent regarding cookies and tracking technologies. CookieYes prevents non-essential cookies from being activated until the User's consent has been obtained.

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): A service for the centralised management of tags and scripts used on the website. Google Tag Manager does not collect personally identifiable data but manages the activation of other scripts and services according to the choices expressed by the User through CookieYes.

D. Statistics and Traffic Analysis (Google Analytics 4)

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): A web analytics service that allows website traffic and visitor behaviour to be analysed in order to optimise content. Google Analytics 4 anonymises users' IP addresses by default. Activation of this service is optional and takes place exclusively after the User has given consent through the CookieYes banner.

E. Display of Customer Reviews (Trustindex)

Trustindex (Trustindex Ltd.): A service used to integrate and display verified customer reviews published on third-party platforms (e.g. Google Business Profile). When the visual widget is loaded, Trustindex may process technical connection data relating to the User in order to correctly deliver the content.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Articles 15–22 GDPR)

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time: The User may withdraw consent to the processing of their Personal Data previously given at any time (for example, by changing cookie preferences).
  • Object to the processing of their Data: The User may object to the processing of their Data when processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent.

Legal defence: The User's Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages leading to possible legal action to defend against misuse of this website or related Services by the User.

System logs and maintenance: For operational and maintenance purposes, this website and any third-party services it uses may collect system log files, i.e. files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.
